Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.

Standard Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition – unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or receipt

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@kaoslifestyle.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@kaoslifestyle.com. We will resolve the issue promptly, including replacements or full refunds where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased with a gift card

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item can be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please process a return first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be in unused, unworn condition

  • Must be returned with original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please notify us of your intention to withdraw by emailing hello@kaoslifestyle.com within the 14-day period. We will then provide return instructions and process your refund accordingly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

A 20 point restocking fee may be applied to returns. This applies to rental products and custom orders

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
